The following terms and conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on the shipping weight:
- Orders from 0 to 5 kg = €5.00
- Orders over 5 kg to 10 kg = €7.00
- Orders over 10 to 15 kg = €9.00
- Orders over 15 kg = €15.00
International deliveries:
We calculate international shipping costs based on the shipping weight:
Delivery Times
For goods individually designed according to customer requirements, the proof copy will be created within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract, and the design work will be executed and the goods will be delivered within 15-20 working days after approval of the proof copy (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless a different deadline is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 15-20 working days, and for international deliveries within 15-20 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
